Shipment delays Asendia

Our data shows that orders placed with Basic service to BE, CH, EE, FR, HR, HU, LU, LV, SI and SK up to 13 October were affected by Asendia’s system error. Unfortunately, we have not yet received any information from Asendia, so we don’t know whether shipments from these dates have been processed. We also don’t know whether orders placed after 13 October are affected.

That is why we switched Basic service for these countries to Deutsche Post on 20 October. As a result, transit times for orders placed since 20 October should be back to normal.

Due to a system error at Asendia, some orders shipped with Basic (untracked) since 3 October have not yet been processed at their facility. We’re working with Asendia to resolve this and will share an update as soon as we know more.
